My name is Udita and I am a Holistic Health Coach.
Before following my heart which brought me here in the field of holistic health, wellness and nutrition, I worked for a renowned international airline for almost a decade. I joined as a flight attendant and after a few years I became an Inflight manager.
I was happy with the financial aspect of it, drawing a 6 figure salary and having the freedom to see the world, exploring and evolving as the time went by but all of this came with a price of poor lifestyle, no matter what I did, whatever approach I took to deal with it, I was not able to fight the irregular sleep pattern, poor lifestyle, messed up body clock, being sleep deprived and being fatigue over time.
Eating healthy and exercising alone was not enough as health is not just limited to these two aspects, Health is multidimensional, lacking in any one of the health aspects won’t keep you healthy for long. It was a price that I was not willing to pay for the rest of my life. So I started wondering, ‘‘what is that one thing that brings joy to me and what is that one thing that I am truly passionate about and most importantly it doesn’t hamper with my health.” After narrowing down my thoughts and having spent a good amount of time deciding over what I really wanted to do, I figured that it was the very aspect of health and wellbeing that I was very passionate about. I was very keen to know more about human health and well-being.
It was the very thought of just talking about health and wellness was making my eyes twinkle. As years went by, I became so involved with this process that I started practising it myself and began my journey into my own health & wellness.
As years went by, I saw remarkable changes in my own health. Things that seem so complicated became so easy by just making the few lifestyle changes and I would also like you to experience the immense health benefits that come along when you start understanding the basics of human health, how your body works given the right kind of environment and food and how we can heal ourselves through the healthy lifestyle choices that we make on a day to day basis.
I specialise in women's health and illnesses pertaining to the reproductive organs.
I have helped women suffering from PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorders, acne, painful periods, Poor gut health, Insulin Resistance, Diabetes, Weight issues and so on.
I have been so fascinated by this ultimate machine called the human body and how we can really take control of our own health by making the right lifestyle choices. I truly believe that we are our own healers and given the right kind of environment & food, our bodies can really thrive.
To me, Health is not about losing weight, gaining abs, counting calories, macros and micros, it’s so much more than that. You can be skinny and yet be diabetic, you can also look young but not feel young..
Health is multidimensional and so is any disease..
