At Unwind, our intention is to provide all our students with a rejuvenating, relaxing and a seamless yoga experience. Every class is structured in a way that it takes care of different aspects of health and wellness.
Our yoga classes are designed keeping in mind all levels of participants, whether you're a beginner or whether you would like to go for an intense yoga practice.
The duration of the class is one hour and it includes a relaxing flow of pranayama ( breathing technique), Warm up session, Asanas, Yoga Nidra & meditation. .
If it interests you, you may join our online or in person holistic yoga class and feel the difference in your overall wellbeing!
In Sanskrit, the word "Yoga" means "to yoke " or in simple terms, It means "union".
Union of one's body, mind and breath, Union of your physical and inner world, Yoga is not just about asanas or twisting and bending your body in different directions, it's about feeling one with the cosmos and yourself.
I am someone who believes in holistic wellbeing and Yoga is that one medium which bridges the gap between the physical and mental health.
Yoga is not an "exercise", It's a way of living.
Health is all about feeling good mentally & physically, Keeping your brain & organs healthy.
We live in a world where most of the people have lifestyle diseases, mental load, anxiety and stress, And yoga is one medium that works on multiple dimensions within your body.
We truly believe that the beauty of yoga can never be explained, it can only be experienced.

I used to give very less time to streching after my workout but now after joining her class I give importance to streching and I don't feel any kind of stiffness in my body.
