In Sanskrit, the word "Yoga" means "to yoke " or in simple terms, It means "union".
Union of one's body, mind and breath, Union of your physical and inner world, Yoga is not just about asanas, twisting or bending your body in different directions, it's also about feeling one with the cosmos and yourself.
I am someone who believes in holistic wellbeing and Yoga is that medium which bridges the gap between the physical and mental wellness.

The duration of the class is one hour and it includes a relaxing flow of pranayama ( breathing technique), Warm up session, Asanas, Yog Nidra & meditation.
